The standard deep drilling machine is characterized by its simple, robust and compact design system. A high drive power with corresponding torque as well as a wide speed range guarantee an optimal utilization of the machine capacity. The deep drilling machine is suitable for the ELB and BTA method as well as combined methods. In addition, this machine can be used to produce hydraulic cylinder tubes by using peeling and smooth rolling tools. The modular system that Unior has been using for years guarantees all desired machine variants and enables the shortest possible delivery times.

Applicability
The machines are mostly intended for rotary workpieces, as they enable rotation in reverse direction of the workpiece for bigger level of boreholes exactitude. Modification with coordinate table enables processing of also smaller cubic workpieces.

Applicability
The additional B-axis allows the workpieces to be positioned in any desired position to enable the machining of several bores without re-clamping. With this machine design, high accuracy requirements are achieved with good bore quality, which is why the KTBM is the best solution for precise coordinate drilling.
